• BloxyServices Safety is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Roblox and Discord are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
• We use OAuth solely to provide our safety features (e.g., linking Roblox profiles for lookups, managing Discord bot permissions). We do not request more access than necessary.
• You may revoke our access at any time through your Roblox or Discord account settings.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." Safety assessments, flags, and recommendations are generated by AI and reviewed by humans, but we do not guarantee accuracy. You are responsible for your own moderation decisions. We are not liable for any actions taken based on the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloxyServices and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
